Professionalism and ethical conduct are of prime concern to the Lee Johnson Group during the conduct of all engagements and in providing consulting services and support to our clients. As a member of the National Bureau of Certified Consultants (NBCC), Allison Johnson, President, has been awarded the designation CPCM/Certified Professional Consultant to Management.
Each member of the National Bureau must subscribe and adhere to the following Code of Ethics:
Professional Code of Ethics
Certified Membership in the NATIONAL BUREAU OF CERTIFIED CONSULTANTS is a symbol of experience, competence, and trustworthiness in the profession. The following statements of ethical standards in the consulting profession to which NBCC members must subscribe amplify these qualities: - Members will be certain of their qualifications to perform any assignment, which they accept from a client.
- Members will not seek a client engagement if a conflict of interest is known to exist.
- Members will accept only those assignments, which have the potential of providing a genuine benefit to the client.
- Members will have a basic written agreement with clients in order to set forth the scope of the consulting engagement.
- Members will be truthful and forthright with clients and will service said clients with honesty while maintaining an attitude of objectivity.
- Members will respect all information relating to clients as confidential and will not disclose said information at any time without the specific consent of the client.
- Members will, at all times, demonstrate through their actions, the honor and dignity of the consulting profession.
We value close client-consultant working relationships and strive to make sure that our clients feel comfortable and confident in the services we provide. It is through competence, performance, and professionalism that we do business.
We at the Lee Johnson Group pledge to uphold this ethical code with every client. "We proudly maintain a list of satisfied customers who can attest to our integrity."
