ALLISON LEE JOHNSON, MHR, CMC

Allison Johnson, President of the Lee Johnson Group has an extensive national and international background in human relations and diversity management consulting and training. Growing people and building better relationships are her passion.
She has nearly two decades of experience working to eliminate diversity biases and has represented the Department of Defense, U.S. State Department, and the Department of Army on numerous occasions at home and abroad. A few of the Countries she has consulted with include South Africa, Burundi, Canada, Japan, Romania, and Russia. As president of the Lee Johnson Group, she has conducted training for over 10,000+ workshop participants in the past seven years, in organizations such as Bell Atlantic, Amoco, Prudential, Monsanto, Cingular, UAW-Ford, UAW-Visteon, FBI, CIA, FDIC, FRA, Department of Justice, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, Department of Transportation and the National Society for Human Resource Management.
A few of the classes she has taught in the past include Leadership, Communications, Team Building, DiSC® Behavioral Styles, Change Management, Work Expectations, Professionalism, Personal Excellence and a myriad of courses in race relations, prevention of sexual harassment, diversity and gender dynamics. As a skilled “train the trainer” facilitator, she has conducted over 680 small group facilitator hours.
She is a former Director of International Affairs for the Department of Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute and a faculty member for the Anti Defamation League’s, A World of Difference® Institute.
Allison received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, she is a certified Equal Employment Opportunity Counselor and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) which is awarded by the Institute of Management Consultants. She is also certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and INDRA which is the newest DiSC® assessment tool on the market.
She is often asked to speak on diversity, success, professionalism, and motivation because of her dynamic personality, high-energy training sessions, and her “never quit attitude.” Allison has served as keynote speaker for the President’s Diversity Forum at Utah State University and a faculty member for George Fraser’s National Success Power Networking Conference.
