Training Services

The Lee Johnson Group provides professional and educated trainers who are dynamic and experienced in the behavioral sciences. To remain current and innovative in the field, trainers participate in continuing education opportunities, professional association meetings and national training conferences.

Every course we design and deliver is structured using the Adult Learning Model. Our courses are interactive, discussion based, and facilitate "real time learning." The Lee Johnson Group conducts both customized and "off the shelf" training. We use quality assessment tools in course designs. Each training program is developed after a comprehensive assessment of your organization’s training needs.

As a convenience to our clients, the Lee Johnson Group provides either on- or off-site training in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Training locations are selected according to customer needs and desires. The Lee Johnson Group will select geographically convenient seminar locations that offer nearby transportation and parking when a change of pace is needed or in-house space is unavailable.
